At CreatixTech, we strive to deliver exceptional services and value to our clients. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted, the process involved, and the responsibilities of both parties in the event a claim is filed. By signing up for any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Applicability

This policy applies exclusively to clients who engage directly with CreatixTech. It does not extend to third-party service providers, vendors, or websites linked to or referenced on the CreatixTech platform.

Refund Eligibility

While we aim for client satisfaction, refunds may be issued under specific circumstances:

  • Before Project Commencement: If the initial design concept has not been approved and the project has not begun, you are eligible for a full refund. This refund will be processed within 90 days of receiving the advance payment.

  • After Initial Design Approval: If the initial design has been approved, refunds will be based on the amount of work completed. However, refunds will not be provided once the final files have been delivered.

  • Failure to Deliver: If CreatixTech fails to deliver services as per the agreed terms after the first design is approved, a partial refund may be issued in accordance with the percentage of work completed.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Discounted Packages: If you have opted for a discounted service package.

  • Design Approval: Once the primary design concept has been approved by the client.

  • Revisions: If revisions have been requested after the initial design or project submission.

  • Urgent Projects: Refunds are not available for urgent or rush projects.

  • Unresponsiveness: If the client fails to respond or becomes unreachable for more than 2 weeks during the project.

  • Policy Violations: If the client violates any terms outlined in CreatixTech’s policies.

  • Third-Party Involvement: If another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.

  • Lack of Information: If the creative brief provided by the client is incomplete or lacks necessary details.

  • Design Changes: If the client demands a complete design change after the project has begun.

  • Time Frame: Refunds will not be issued if the request for a refund is made beyond the specified time limit.

  • Business Changes: If the business is closing, changing its name, or undergoing significant transformation.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted due to reasons like “change of mind” or “disagreement with partners.”

  • Service Bundles: If you are dissatisfied with a particular service within a bundle, only that individual service is eligible for a refund, not the entire bundle.

  • Final Files Delivered: No refunds will be processed after final project files are delivered.

  • Free Items: Services or items provided free of charge are not eligible for refunds or revisions.

  • External Services: Services such as Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.

  • Websites: Refunds will not be entertained once the website design has been approved and the project is moved into development.

  • Logos: Refunds will not be applicable after feedback on revisions has been provided and final logo files are delivered.

  • Outsourced Work: Refunds will not be issued for work that has been outsourced to third-party providers.

Restrictions on Liability

CreatixTech’s responsibility is limited to the value of the unfinished portion of the project at the time of cancellation. The company is not liable for losses resulting from service provision delays or failures. A refund will only be considered if the client formally cancels the project and submits a written cancellation notice.

Changes to Policy

CreatixTech reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, without prior notice. We encourage our clients to regularly review this page for any updates. Continued use of CreatixTech services after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used at the start of the project (credit card, check, etc.). All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 90 working days from the cancellation date.
